Typical produce drier (example)
1. InSpire panel can be mounted on wall or roof depending on solar resource
2. Outside air is heated by Inspire panel as it passes through the lanced perforations
3. Solar-heated air is drawn from the panel to the product with an in-line fan
4. Air temperature is brought to desired setpoint, if necessary, with auxiliary heater
5. Warm air goes through drying product
6. Moist air is expelled through gravity louvers
Typical kiln lumber drier (example)
1. Kiln driers work with circulating warm air across lumber charge
2. Outside air requirements vary along the batch drying cycle
3. Outside air is drawn through InSpire panel
4. On occasion, air is drawn directly from outside if solar-heated air gets too hot
